As a barista i was shocked when i ordered a coffee only to see the barista pull out a tin of nescafe, which at the time i assumes was a request from another customer, only to realise it was my coffee. I positioned myself to be able to look and saw that the lid to the ground coffer was off. Which is a big no no in coffee making. But when i didn't see or hear the grinder but heard my coffee order i outright asked if it was nescafe only to have them deny it. Upon tasting nescafe (whichbi drink at home so i know exactly what it tastes like) i asked if they were sure that my almost $5 coffee was made from instant and still it was denied. I have been to some pretty bad cafes but if i want a nescafe i don't need to pay 5 bucks for it. This was at the North Lakes SC

Great coffee and yummy muffins, all served by very friendly staff who are eager to help. The manager/owner is fantastic. She is even donating some products to our upcoming charity event!

I often walk past this place & it's always packed - I eventually caved to see what it was all about and grabbed a coffee & muffin to go. WOW! The service was great, fast, friendly and after a short blink, I was on my way! I now know why everybody goes here! :)

Love this place for a cuppa and a muffin. The service is fantastic and the staff are always lovely. If I am at Northlakes shopping I always stop off here.
