Kath and team at Muddings Cake Shop & Bakery produce a mouth-watering variety of yummy food. I particularly love their homemade meat pies; their cheesecakes; their mixed petit fours, and their coconut slices.
They have an excellent range of small to large cakes for birthdays, weddings, etc which are really tasty. I do have one qualification however and that is about their use of "caterers' cream" in many of their cakes or slices. This stuff is really awful and tastes artificial and l just wish that Kath were to, instead, use real, pure whipped cream without preservatives which would earn them 5-stars across all sections.

Classic bakery that sells great cakes, i tend to buy the offcuts of the chocolate and vanilla cakes that they sell in plastic bags on the front counter and they taste absolutely amazing and are very worth the price of a few dollars.

Some fabulous cakes and other goods like my love for they're tarts and meringues. Have come for many birthday cakes over the years and love how tasty they are.

Bought several cakes from here for birthdays and all have been wonderful and thurrerly enjoyed. They have a large variety and have a specialty for chocolate.

A good ol' fashioned bakery that is hard to come by these days especially in the burbs. The Kingsway, Glen Waverley is primarily Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Malaysian restaurants however, in amongst these is the loveliest bakery you have come across.
They have a wonderful selection of yummy goodies, it's difficult to choose. The baked cheesecake and petit fours are to die for. We always get some when we have a family gathering.
Value for money and professional customer service. Tables and chairs available and one hour parking at the front, three hour parking at rear.
I hope Muddings never closes down, it's a local icon and locals should support them!

Excellent - everytime we've ordered a cake here we have never been disappointed, and great value for money. Profiteroles and mud cake are yummy! Good service too.

A well deserved 5 stars!!! Good price, good service and stunning, deee-licious cake for my husbands 40th birthday. Everyone at the party was blown away by the moist, delicious cake. The quality of the cake is def'ly worth double what we paid for the 30x30. Yumm!!!

They made a gorgeous Dora the Explorer mud cake for my 4yr old daughter's birthday. It was a huge hit with my guests! Will definitely be getting the next one from them.

This is a fantastic bakery in Glen Waverley. We have ordered a few celebration cakes from them and they were wonderful people to deal with but also the quality of the cakes are great tasting and great presentation.
They sell normal bakery fare which is also of great value and excellent quality but are well known and loved for their cakes.

Muddings is our favourite shop. Kath and the team have never let us down with providing beautiful cakes for our family events and special occasions.Great quality, value and service.
