I dislike consistency with meat. One time it is fantastic, and then the next time - just average like everyone else - which doesn't do the times that it's fantastic any justice! The quality overall is pretty good, I just wish it was the same ALL of the time.

I buy my meat from Jamie on a weekly basis. He has now joined the Farmers Market each Saturday morning which allows me to get exactly what I want very conveniently.

I even have friends that come up from town to buy their meat from the best butchers in the state. They have won so many prizes for their sausages - the whole world think they are great.

Always good quality meat and value for money. Nothing is to much trouble, and the quality of service, is fantastic. Friendly staff, and I love the ease of ordering and paying over the phone.
