WARNING AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Using this place is most definitely one of the worst dealings I've ever had with a business. These guys were referred to me via RACQ for an insurance claim. It took them over a week to agree that my excess fee had been waived despite myself speaking with RACQ on a daily basis and confirming the same over and over again with them. I was then advised by their staff I was able to pick my car up on a certain day and that they would provide a taxi reimbursement. When I arrived they said I had missed the cut off for collection time and would not pay the taxi - I ended up with a $60 taxi fare I had to pay myself due to their incorrect advice - when I complained about this and asked for them to cover it they very bluntly put it "that's not going to happen" despite them advising me of the times and me meeting that. Of course over a period of three weeks they got to know my name and became very rude. I wanted to give the management some feedback on my negative experience with their business however I could never get a message through or a returned phone call. I most definitely recommend against using them or being associated with them in any way.

I recently had repairs done on my vehicle with this company i am extremly happy with the service i received and the quality of repairs. I would definetly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good quality repairer. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the location and business hours of this centre were very convenient. Overall a great experience. Im one very happy customer :)
