Having checked the product online and spoken with Peter via email and then phone I am completely at peace to consider my decision to be a long term customer and client of MrTrax and MrSlotcar.

Having purchased the Four Lane modular system as a full Turn-Key system I was then advised by Peter that he and his partner Debbie, will be delivering the track in person , from Hallam, Victoria. Nice and wow!!

The excitement had built and what a wonderful delivery it was and has been to not only meet Peter and Debbie but to see and touch my awesome new slot car track.

The attention to detail, professional products and professional business practices that Peter provides are astounding, having had a few issues with the track that were completely out of Peter's control (a supplier issue) Peter has taken it upon his own back and expense to rectify the issue at a 100% cost to himself, OMG!!! and WOW!!!

Now that is after sales service and support (many other businesses can learn many excellent business practices from Peter)

Peter has been open to all discussions and compromises along the way, actually, I can not even think of ever, so far being told "sorry, I can't do that", ever, if anything he has gone way above and beyond what he should do, this is one of many reason's I will always be a long term client of him.

Terrific per sales support, damn excellent and terrific after sales support, customer support, product support, 100% professional all the way while being an extraordinary down to earth business person.

So easy and relaxed to deal with, always open to offer assistance where and when asked for.

I highly recommend the MrTrax modular Slot Car race system (and Peter and Debbie) that Peter sells and supplies not just in Australia but over in New Zealand also!!.

Competitive product pricing, extremely limited slot car track builders left in Australia, however Peter owns this industry with his products, imho.

If you are looking for a modular slot car track that can be assembled and disassembled in minutes by one person, be it a full ten module system such as mine or simple three module system, MrTrax is THE system to get.
