Wasn’t sure where to get my car detailed inside and out for sale. Carpets were terrible - a lot of sand and grass that a normal vacuum struggles to get. Exterior wasn’t good either.
Asked around and Mr Shine came up highly recommended. When I booked the car in they were so easy to deal with and worked around me. Was absolutely amazed when I picked the car up. It looked a million bucks. Very very happy and would recommend Mr Shine to anyone.

I took my brothers car to Mr Shine to have it detailed & polished. The work agreed was:
- attach two broken bumper bar clips
- touch up to large scuff marks on the bumper bars
- polish the exterior
- detail the interior.

We picked up the car and soon realised that all the work had not been done and the floor mats were missing, we also noticed:

- the bumper bar had not been attached
- the touch up was not done and was now a lot worse.
- the black has been rubbed off the bumper bars.
- the interior was vacuumed, but not cleaned
- the boot was not vacuumed
- the roof racks were removed dumped in the boot

I phoned Mr Shine to ask about only the floor mats and was told I was lying about having floor mats and hung up on. I made a complaint to the Department of fair trading for the mats and a partial refund to allow the interior to be cleaned properly. They were not able to assist as Mr Shine still maintains I am a liar.
The polish that was done to the exterior was well done, however I would not recommend this supplier to anyone.

If you do leave your car with Mr Shine, take photos of every angle of your car and any items that can be removed like floor mats and roof racks before leaving it with them. I would also strongly suggest getting a written agreement of what work you agreed to have done.
