Had these guys out to advise what to do with a leak I had between the mains and the house. They gave me a price so long as I could find the pipe to get into.

I not only found the pipe but also dug from the mains around the root system of a tree to connect to the pipe I found in order to save some money. They still charged me the amount they quoted regardless of me doing 6 hours of their work: It took them 30 minutes flat to lay about 3 to 4 metres of copper with two bends. I didn't save anything and they didn't even put sand under the pipe as quoted and didn't even fill the trench back in.

30 minutes and 3-4 metres of pipe cost $1481 ... I got badly duped

I rang [redacted personal identifier] (who didn't do the job) and asked him if that was fair and he said it was fair to him.

I really didn't want to give even one star :(
