I was really impressed with the speed of service and how quickly the inspections were completed. The reports are great, very comprehensive and I particularly liked the photos too. I've had an inspection done previously by someone else, and it didn't seem so comprehensive.

We missed out on a property recently, but the report MPPPI prepared was a very important input into the decision we made at auction. I attended the inspection and was very happy with the level of knowledge and attention to detail that they showed. And yes they worked fast, but it was certainly longer than 20 minutes.

After buying our second home we decided to get a Pest and Building Inspection done. I was shocked to hear from the Real Estate Agent that the person from MPPPI was only there for 20 minutes. I have since had a friend of a friend do a Pest inspection and that took 50 Minutes so one wonders how he could do both in 20 minutes.
