I cancelled my booking 6 weeks before pickup. I have rang, emailed and text this company and left many voicemails. I have only had one response and that was one promising to refund. I am still waiting for the refund 4 weeks on. They have no integrity. I am so pleased they never actually got to transport my car

WORST experience ever! My car is a month overdue! I have tried to contact the company 7 times so far today and they don’t answer the calls.
I had detailed my car prior to transportation and have been told it’s disgusting and filthy. I’m yet to see it for myself as stated it’s a MONTH overdue now!
Customer service is appalling!
Update.... After 6 weeks of my car being “missing” overdue, I had to report it as stolen to police.
When movingcars.com.au were made aware of this the car was then dumped at the address it was due at 6 weeks prior. The car has been damaged not majorly but it’s still an extra $1000 I shouldn’t have to now pay to repair it.
I’ve never dealt with such a rude, unprofessional and incompetent company such as these “criminals”.
PLEASE do your research and don’t be trusting like I was, especially with this company. They simply cannot be trusted or relied upon.

Simple to use website, instant price, we bought a car interstate and needed a quick way to book and drop car off they were quick to respond and it all went very well.

Bought a few cars recently interstate and moving Cars have been really helpful. They moved 2 of the cars but they could not help with one that had been badly damaged but refereed me to someone who could help.
Sue was the biggest help, could not be happier
