I have already used Move On Removals services last year. This time they went out of the way to accommodate my last minute request showing great regard for a returning customer. The move was very smooth and communication was great as always. Would surely use in the future too.

James & I found Move On Removals Melbourne to be so helpful through the whole storage process - from buying the boxes, to booking and moving in to a storage shed and then to vacating it. The importance that Max places on good customer service sets him apart from his competitors.

Helped me out of a pinch with some urgent removals. They sent out 3 men which made the job much quicker. I felt as though they worked hard and efficiently for the entire 2 hours. They were very courteous and pricing was fair. Would recommend as an alternative to the Move On Removals.

I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars. Fully informed the whole time of where they were and when to expect them. Very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and the cost was I believe very fair and was exactly how it had been explained to me when booking. Peter and Graham were very friendly and made it stress free for us. They took care of our stuff and made sure no walls were scratched. They put everything at the new place where we asked with no worries. Would totally use them again or recommend them.

These guys really went above and beyond! Very hard working and efficient! Had to move a truckload of cacti from my old house, not an easy job but they did a brilliant job

Worst customer service ever. Booked weeks in advance to have booking changed from 7am until 2:30pm after advising of concern everything would not fit in truck. The Truck arrived at 7:00pm. Everything did not fit as advised after shuffling around child minders and work commitments we were still packing up the truck at 11pm. Not really ideal. The staff were polite but the the office who organise all the bookings definitely need a work over. Due to the lateness of arrival the removalists did take short cuts in wrapping. Our white couch was not wrapped now has black marks all over it. Also our mattresses were not wrapped leading on black marks all over it. I feel as if the bookings were managed correctly then the staff would have taken more care in our items. When reported to the office there really was not much empathy offered at all. I would not recommend this company again. Very disappointed as they were recommended by another colleague. This review could have been avoided if management had of contacted me as requested.
