I telephoned looking for a particular Britax pusher for my daughter's first baby & spoke to Scott at Motherworld Geelong. Although the item wasn't in stock at his store he offered a good price and had it ordered in and available within 2 days for me to collect. I'm fairly new to the Geelong region but would be more than happy to recommend his business and use Scott again from this first experience.

I went to Motherworld after being severely disappointed by the service at the other main baby store in Geelong, and was blown away by how helpful and thorough the service was.

I think I must have been served by the owner, and he spent over half an hour walking me through all the different prams, their features and pros/cons. He helped me narrow my search down to a couple of different models, and gave me time to walk around the store with each to test their maneuverability and feel.

They seemed to stock a lot more higher end products (at least in the pram section) than the other major baby store in town, and a wider range of brands too.

I visited the store around 3:30 - 4:30pm on a weekday, and it was quiet in there, so perhaps that's a good time to ensure you get swift and dedicated service?

I'm definitely returning in the next few days to purchase my chosen pram - thanks to it being a run-out colour, it's even cheaper than buying online... now you don't see that every day!

Have been in this shop twice to look for some things, I will never go back. Staff ignored me even though they were not overly busy. Once was after an additional car seat for Nannas car, was left to look around myself without being offered help. Once was after a wheeled board for my Bugaboo pram, I was left to walk around the pram display on my own for about 10 minutes with no offers of help. I also phoned several times and they were also not helpful, could not tell me when they were likely to get a shipment or the cost. I was also told Bugaboo only ships once a year (Phoned around other stores out of town who were able to provide me with estimated dates and prices and laughed at the suggestion the wheeled boards only come in once a year). One positive is that they do stock high quality brands. They are not the biggest baby shop in town but they still have a lot of products and less of the cheaper rubbish you can find elsewhere.

The best baby shop in Geelong for service and convenient location, not always the cheapest or the largest range, Easy parking. I have found the staff are friendlier than elsewhere and they have price matched if asked

I have bought a number of baby items from here, they definately have the best service of any baby shop in Geelong but I have sometimes found items cheaper at other outlets

I dealt with Scott at Motherworld after the birth of our first child he was very helpful and explained everything in an easy manner. He was also better on price than many other baby shop outlets I had been to in Geelong. The location of the store is great and easy to get a park.
