This buisness charges for their courtesy car which is a scrappy car of their car sales lot attached to their yard, they charge Top Dollar and strings out the repair on your car for weeks even months, They claim to specialist and give discount to SAAB club members at least thats what i heard before i went there what a MISTAKE.They do unauthorised repairs on your car. They charge you parts precurement charge basically if they make more than one call for your parts you get charged $100 and thats a guarantee because they never order all the parts they require for the repair in the first place. There are many local mechanics whom dont charge for their courtesy car and hey some them even have new cars as courtesy cars not the scrap this company uses. IF YOU WANT TO PAY TOP DOLLARS, BY ALL MEANS HERE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. OH THEIR SCRAPPY CAR BROKE DOWN ON 4 TIMES THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ROAD SIDE ASSIST.THEY OBVIOUSLY CANT COPE WITH THE WORK. A staff quoted $1500 for repair of my SAAB, He quoted 3 weeks after 119 days i am still waiting for my vehicle repair and he gave me the invoice yesterday for $6547.00 promised yet again car ready to pick up today the 119th day and again my vehicle is not ready. In addition he told me $25 per day for courtesy car agreed to drop to $20 per day then changed his mind put it back to $25 per day he has gone on holiday and away for another week leaving repair of the vehicle and charging for the courtesy car. Didnt check correct delivery of parts order and noticed after 2 months he was still missing yet another part He advertised as a SAAB authorised repairer and then yesterday i got an email from SAAB Australia quoting this repairer IS NOT AN AUTHORISED SAAB CAR Repairer. UNDER ALL THESE CIRCUMSTANCES I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK AT ANOTHER REPAIRER.

my husband took our car to this repairer 10 weeks ago, we were told we would have our car back in a week. it is way past a week, when my husband went to pick up the car today he found the place all locked up. They knew we were to pick up the car today and didnt as much as call either of us. I am beginning to think the repairer either does not know how to fix the vehicle or we are lining his pockets paying extensive car rental fees on a courtesy car. Maybe even both lining his pockets and he dont know how to do the repair. In all good intention i could not recommend this repairer and half a star rating is too high.
