I have never been so badly treated by rental real estate agents in my life. I am fully aware that find flats for university students is very difficult, but if this company was representing my property I would be disgusted. The first insult was walking in the door to the rude and conceited reception staff, who could barely look me in the eyes and when they did completely gave off the vibe they would rather be doing anything else but be talking to me. Then I had the " pleasure" of meeting and dealing with rental Property Management. Promising the world, but we could not even get the respect of a simple phone call to tell us the several properties they told us we should have high hopes of getting was given to someone else. They kept telling us they had called, but as all phones have a call log. Unfortunately I felt in no position to call them out,as they hold the power of your application.

Great service until lease was signed and deposit paid. Help has been absent ever since whenever things around the property had to be fixed. Appalling!!!
