I have been taking my two cats to this vet hospital for many years now and the service has always been top notch. The vets obviously adore animals and this shows, as my cats have been very at ease with the staff. They explain procedures very well and you never feel rushed. If a procedure is not required/recommended, they will tell you. The only downside for me was they refused to do a house call to send one of my cats to kitty heaven when the time came, so I had to get another vet practice to do so. They only do house calls if the animal is physically unable to be brought to the surgery.

I have been taking my moggy here for years, they look after her and I trust what they say to keep her healthy. She's an old girl now.....16+...so she needs some extra TLC. Vet always looks clean, 99% have the products I want, if not they order and I pick up next day. Staff ALWAYS friendly and welcoming, not only to the 'customers' their owners too!!

Very friendly and professional service. They always give several options and recommendations to choose from. I have been taking my cat there for 12 years and have always been satisfied with my experiences.

These guys know their animals. They will give you n appointment at a minute's notice if possible. They take wonderful care of our pets, and obviously care for them. The medication they dispense is as good value as you'd find in the Bayside area.

Overall a very good vet practice. When my poor pug had an accident and had to have day stays in the cages for a week, they reduce the cost. Thank you! Vet nurses all very attentive and clearly love animals and their job.

All staff were friendly and helpful. They obviously care about the animals at this practice. It was clean, bright and I felt very welcome. I have had two very sick animals and each time thorough attention was given to ensuring the diagnosis was correct and that follow up care was appropriate. There was no pressure to return so they could put through another charge which was a relief to my wallet. One of the vets also returned a phone call and spent considerable time talking me through questions I was too emotional to ask when at the surgery.
