I was a tenant renting for a year and a half from this agency. They were rude, they lied about the fact that the landlord lived across the road, they allowed the landlord to tamper with the gas heater (which broke when it was being tampered with, leaving me without a heater for 6 weeks in winter), they were unresponsive to basic communication, and dawdled in refunding the bond.

Prior to this, I have rented from over 10 real estate agents without significant issue. This agency is Unbelievably unprofessional, and I advise avoiding them at all costs!
