Beautiful place to sit and have a drink and a cheese platter, but also has a really good menu for dinner. I had pine mushroom and goat's yogurt and it was delicious.
Probably best as a wine bar. The distance between tables is small and the lighting is quite dim. The wine list is very extensive, with a fairly well curated selection. Alongside this the food menu stands its ground with options to nibble or dishes for a full meal.
nice space, with nice staff. we arrived about 30 minutes before the dreaded lockout and had one drink. the bar was still busy even just before closing. the drinks were good- cocktails well made with some interesting options along with old faves. ok, cant see myself queing to enter though.

We ordered sugar snaps and celtuce with savoury lemon curd, polenta with baby corn , chicken liver parfait with grilled sourdough and roasted pork neck, mustard beans parsley & mint and each of the food was amazing. I also like the plates they served on.
We were quite full at the end of it still we shared the desert , Strawberries and Cream with white chocolate milk crumb and it was very yummy, I especially love dehydrated strawberries. Nice place and lovely staff.
Approximate cost: $25
Having lovely staff on board really does encourage customers to visit again, well said!
