Convenient location - But if you're waiting for over half an hour make sure to check in with reception. The lady who booked me in made a mistake and I had to wait almost 2 hours before getting up to check why I hadn't been seen yet! Once the staff knew there was a mistake made they got me to the next available doctor. Who was friendly, professional and very informative. The doctor and helpful staff made up for the blunder at the beginning of my visit.

The doctors here are very thorough and precise and seem to know what they're doing. The waiting times though for me were a killer, having to wait an hour to be seen regarding scans for a fractured leg were a pain. Other than that though, it's a very good clinic

I am a student at Monash, so get bulk billed which is great. This service also applies for staff. I have seen a few doctors here, all who have been receptive and friendly, however Dr. Judy Kirwood is lovely. She is attentive and efficient, and never dismisses my concerns. I expected that the standard 15 minute appointments would be rushed and would result in a lower standard of care, however this has certainly not been the case.
