She's been looking after me for the past 3 years and I'm always happy.
She's very professional and always makes me feel welcomed. I've always just had waxing done, hopefully I'll book in with her to get a massage soon!!

I love this salon, I've been getting my waxing done there for 5 years. The beautician is amazing!!

The wax temperature is perfect, the room is hygienically clean, she's very thorough. I had a massage-facial duo that went for an hour and I felt like I was floating afterwards, it was amazing!!!

I've had my hair done there too and it was great. The only thing is that as these girls are real perfectionists in the beauty room and hair salon, my advice would be to get there early or on time to avoid rescheduling if you've missed your appointment.

I highly recommend this salon, I'll keep going back!!

I'm a student and I go regularly to get my hair cut at Monash Hair and Beauty. It got recommended to me by one of my mates who talked highly about the salon. At first I was unsure but thought why not? So I went....

Afterwards I even got my back, shoulders and chest waxed because of the great prices, which was so worth it. She was fast and made sure it was perfect.

I trust the ladies because they are affordable and I always get great results. I know they'll always do an amazing job as soon as I walk in.

The beautician is honest and thorough with all the beauty services. I've been going to see her now for 5 years and she's gentle, perfect and always busy, so I always have to book in advance if I want a time that suits me.
The hairdressers are great as well and always do my hair exactly how I want!!!

I will always go there and would recommend it to anyone who wants great results for great value

If you ever consider getting a brazilian here because it's cheap, don't. I used to frequent this place but it seems all the good waxers have left. Since 2014 I have had a Brazilian maybe 3 or 4 times and every time not only were my requests ignored but it actually hurt more than a brazilian should, including bruising and burning. I have been getting brazilians for 10 years so I tried letting the waxer know what works best for me, but she continued to smile politely and ignore it all. Also they do not let you know about the current parking situation or tell you that if you are a minute late you will have to reschedule - eg. driving from Hawthorn and then having your appointment cancelled because you couldn't find a park and having to drive back. I do not recommend.

i've been to many different places to get my hair done and beauty but monash hair and beauty- just the best.

I have been going to Monash hair and Beauty for 4 years now and honestly the service is amazing and it's a quick salon that suits me for going in between classes! I'm amazed by how the hairdressers and beautician(s) are professional and really listened to what I want done. I get all sorts of waxing done and it's unbelievable that the beautician is so quick at doing brazillian waxing (within like 15 minutes) and it's not as painful as other places I've had it done. The hairdresses are fantastic as well. I'll keep going back as it's so affordable and professional!!!

Going there for a year, they are great. Straight forward, easy going. I could not fault them at all.
