Both of my children have done swim lessons here for the past year. Until the past term they have both had either excellent or just okay teachers. Currently my oldest child has a teacher that pays attention to the other students in the class, just ignores my child. When I went to have her switched to a different class, because I was rightfully unhappy with the treatment she was receiving, I was told that enrollments had closed and basically too bad. The staff treated me disdainfully, like I was just another complaining parent. YES, I was complaining, but rightfully so. It is entirely inappropriate as a teacher to ignore a child while paying attention to the other children. My child was very upset after the lesson because of the treatment the teacher gave her.

The staff did say I could speak with the Aquatic Program Coordinator (the person in charge of the swim lessons). I said, okay I would like to speak with her and they said to leave the name and number and she would call me because she wasn't in at the moment. I said, I'll just drop in tomorrow morning and they said she would be there. I go in the following morning only to be told that she worked late the night before (when I was told she wasn't there!) and that she wasn't in yet.

I'm ready for a full refund and to take my business elsewhere.

Approximate cost: $130 per term

The facilities are clean, the pools are sometimes very busy, but there is always room esp for laps, i was impressed with their water-saving request of keeping to 2-min showers, pity the patrons weren't so helpful there. The staff are friendly, and the price is worth it.

Great for children's swimming lessons. I have had issues with not enough staff to cover lesson bookings and also the cleanliness of the change rooms can be disappointing at times.

While the pool is the only service I've used there, there are a number of other services & classes available. Staff are friendly & helpful. My daughter's swimming instructor is FANTASTIC in dealing with kids!

It can get busy sometimes but always has room for a swim.
Has discounts for different rates which is good, also has other services and lessons which is good. =)

My sons do swimming lessons here and the staff are fabulous! We had tried differnt places but they just weren't attentive and willing to modify the program if children were slower or faster in learning the skills. It is a little pricey for just a swim compared to other centres but its worth it.

Approximate cost: $12
