we had a birthday party here and it wasn't so good as the instructor wasn't paying attention. this was rectified immediately and measures were put in place to ensure future parties were not compromised the staff on the day were fantastic and the follow up from management was outstanding.

Great swimming pools and wave pool for a casual swim with the kids. Outside pool is great on hot days. Indoor kids pool are lots of fun and a great depth for the preschoolers. Wave pool sessions are lots of fun.

my son started his swimming lessons here when he was 8 months old, the teacher was great, but the cost is extreme high. I only enrolled my son in one term of swimming lessons, its expensive for a casual swim also and the cafe is expensive and you have to wait for 40mins for a coffee !!

This place is great fun 4 kids, although someone did a plop in the water and the staff wouldn't get it out!

I have been a member of the center for 1 year and over the time i have never seen enough staff on the gym floor, the gym equipment is never updated, for a center that charges 80 plus per month the equipment needs to be 5 star to justify the cost. Prices rises every year, Personal trainers are 2 busy talking amongst themselves or are on there phones staff look like they don't even train themselves especially the reception staff just a really disappointing and waste of time joining them..

Approximate cost: $80

What, it's run by a council? Well that was my first thought. Fantastic centre with everything - 2 pools, a gym and even a wave pool!
The staff are friendly and they offer all the "extra's" like personal trainers, etc!

Approximate cost: $5

This place has it all! An indoor wave pool, a great gym, an outdoor heated 50 meter swimming pool, a indoor 25 meter pool and not too expensive. I like swimming and going to the gym and for me this place is a great fit.

Approximate cost: $5-8

I am a member of the Health club and find the staff, equipment and services fantastic. I have now lost 10 kg in the past 6 months and could not have done it with out the support of the staff, in particular Kim, my personal trainer. It all began with getting my bum kicked in Bootmarc which gave me the motivation to continue exercise.

Approximate cost: $18 per week

Swim lessons are fantastic! The staff are amazing and the facility is the best in Melbourne. My sons swim teacher has done a remarkable job with my kids progression after he stalled for a number of years at Swim World. I would highly recommend lessons to anyone or just a visit in the waves.

Approximate cost: $12

My son was enrolled when it was Swimland and then when it transferred across to Swimworld. From all communication we received, we were pointed out that there wasn't a huge change when the ownership changed. The majority of the staff are the same and the systems/levels are all very similar. The comments I have made ARE TRUE and ARE MY OPINION. So the facts are correct. You obviously work for Swimworld.
