I write to give great compliments about the staff at Monaco Solicitors, who went to great trouble to help me last year while acting as though it was no great effort at all. I contacted this legal practice to obtain informal advice about a complicated legal matter for which I had great difficulty finding out information, and for which I was not eligible for legal aid nor could I afford to hire professional help. When the staff member I initially spoke to realised that the matter was outside her domain, she transferred my call without hesitation to the right department. A senior staff member then went to the trouble of getting me to fax in more details and consulting a barrister with this information, before calling me back the next day with a final opinion. Not only did the senior staff member take the time to answer my questions in detail, but they really listened, treated me as a person rather than more business, and allayed my concerns by providing me with valuable information that I couldn't find anywhere else. The sincerity, concern and sympathy with which my enquiry was dealt with was tremendously helpful, and was given without any expectation of reward by the staff. I cannot compliment the staff at Monaco Solicitors enough, and I would recommend them to everyone.
