Based on the great reviews from Womo (word of mouth one line), I decided to pay a visit to Modern Touch for a hair colour, trim and BW. I am thrilled with the “END” result as my hair looks great and had no issues even after 4 weeks since I got my job done on 02 June 2016.

I also love the fact that Modern-Touch books only one client at a time in her salon regardless of whether you are having a beauty treatment or your hair done which is something I have never experienced before at a hairdressers. I was presently surprised the rate she changed me and felt Nethra’s charges are very very reasonable.

It was great being the centre of attention for an afternoon and also continued refreshments including nice warm coffees to warm me up.

Nethra is a delightful lady who listens well and I look forward to seeing her again for all my hair and beauty care.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Had my hair coloured there, which took 4.5 hours(much too long), and the results were dissapointing. My hair was so brittle and damaged afterwards. She put some treatment in that made it shiny and smooth but the moment i washed it off my hair was so damaged. The lady doesn't seem to have that much experience as she definitely had no idea what she was doing. Although she was lovely it doesn't justify spending that much money on the service that isn't good. I paid double the price i would have usually paid believing and hoping that i will get what i asked for. Biggest dissapointment. This business has been recently bought from previous owner and quality has dropped significantly. So don't be fooled by it guys!

Beautiful customer service experience. I was frantically searching for a hair dresser to cut my hair on a Saturday before my new job. I booked in with Nethra on a Saturday at 6:30 PM (Saturday night), on a Sunday 1 PM. Amazing Service. Where can you find that?? Look forward too my next appointments.. Thank you, "Nethra"..
