MLN Heidelberg is a small computer store that specialises in bargains. I needed a new, bargain-priced laptop. Staff were helpful -- they explained the limitations of different machines; provided me the time that I needed to compare the many laptops on display; assisted me to run one of my own CDs. The laptop that I selected was lower in price than I could find elsewhere for the same or similar specs. Pickup from the shop was the next day as what I selected was out of stock. They were busy that day and did not phone me -- but I contacted them and confirmed the laptop had arrived. My follow up questions and feedback were responded to quickly, in the shop and online.
