Since changing management, i have found MrMinit to be quite fast at getting the job done, and maintaining quality repairs at a reasonable cost. Not dirt cheap, but you do pay for quality.

Left a bag there to be repaired and called me to advise they ruined the bag and then had the cheek to explain that they would re-imburse me for the bag but would then keep my bag.
offered a refund but never sent it...beware of this trader!
