We have been buying take away Chinese food from Mirimar for the last 10 years and it has always been very good. Having said that we have not been there at least 6 months and the chef may have changed. Yesterday when I purchased Mirimar Chinese takeaway I noticed the notice behind the counter that read something like this "once the food or beverage has left the premise we accept no returns or refunds", which I thought was a bit odd, but not an issue because I have never had a problem with their food before. Unfortunately this time half of the food was inedible, in taste and smell. We binned the Chicken and Almonds, Chicken Omelet, Sweet and Sour Pork and the stale prawn crackers. The fried rice, spring rolls and Honey Chicken were Ok, and we weren't game to try the Beef in Black Bean Sauce which we put in the fridge. Even a 1 star is an over rating.

I am always happy with Mirimar, we order a few dishes and it is lunch the next day as well. Their chilli chicken is always so nice and their prices are quite good

food is always good, service is friendly enough and always quick, restaurant is clean and prices are very good. ideal for families.

Great Chinese Food. Salt and Pepper Squid was tender and delicious. Service very friendly and prompt. Decor excellent. Overall experience, very very good. prices were a bit higher than normal, but worth it!
