This company will spam you every way possible. I signed up for a comp with them and it involved my email address. Since then I get about 5 emails from them everyday about things you have to pay alot for. I've tried to stop it but it keeps coming in. Terrible.

I am so sorry to hear what happened to you that Mirenesse did not honor your successful purchase. I suggest that you print the email(s)/invoice/receipt and the bank statement which Mirenesse had withdrawn from your bank account/credit card to show that to Consumers Affairs Victoria as evidence(s) of purchase so they assist you in that matter. I no longer purchase products from their websites after went through saga story about my free gift which they forgot to include in my order in the first place, after several complaints on their FB page and on WOMO, yes finally M honoured it. Best of luck.
Hi lovetnt, they refunded my money in the end but WOMO said I cannot leave my review of M here which is a shame as people need to be warned of their tricks! It was not a genuine sale offer, otherwise they would have honoured it. Marketing gimmick I suspect. Shall not be buying from M again!
and tried to use my $25 voucher on a heavily reduced product. It went through, showing the reduced price. However, it would not process the order with or without the discount coupon added on, so it was a glitch at their end. Contacted Customer Service explained the situation and was told that can't use VIP coupons on specials. If that was the case why wasn't it rejected initially at checkout as the coupons have been before. All I got was a circuitous response and a complimentary coupon that didn't work.
This is another thing - their coupons are a bit hit and miss. They will work on some products and not others with no clear explanations as to why.
Their products are very nice, but you nearly need to be a mathematician to ensure you're getting the best deal. It gets tedious.
Where do I start? Mirenesse Cosmetics are AMAZING! There foundation is gorgeous on, their lipglosses arn't all sticky, their lipsticks are creamy and soft. One of my favoutiye items by Mirenesse are their AMAZING eyeshadow primers, WOW! The mascara is also a favourite, ensuring those *wow* lashes everytime! Customer Service is AMAZING and always helpful!

I use the foundation as it is the only stuff I find that don't make my skin blotchy it is very affordable and it's good quality I also love there gift packs great for relo's
I love everything about mirenesse. It is cheap and affordable and so so lovely. I have bought a lot of gifts here for family members including my mother and sisters, they have all loved what I have given them. It is well worth it

I love this brand of make up! they have reasonable prices and the quality is excellent! The best thing about it is they always make great offers on their facebook page and i always keep track of that!
i love the make up i bought recently, as i use make up everyday for work i needed some foundation that would go the distance adn sure enough it has! only problem i have had is the amount of emails that im constantly getting
oh well i guess that's what the spam folder's for xx
the make up is great specially the foundation I find it is the only one that doesn't leave my skin feeling like I have rubbed butter on my face th web site is great and its all quick to arrive totally happy

Found many glossy reviews here, plus comments on other people's posts. Too complimentary to be real, did you check out their FB page to comment there? I couldn't comment but other brands FB pages like Modelco was open to comments. You could ask them to stop spamming you.
