Just walked into the veggie store and bought some veggies, paid for it, and realised that it was a tiny bit more than usual. Upon checking the receipt, the small bucket quantity were per kilo prices, so I told the owner that I needed to return a few items as it was an honest mistake, and I didn't realize the prices were per kilos, not per the quantity in the bucket. The owner seemed very agitated at us that we needed to return and that they were busy, and we had to wait for the rest of the customers to be served, which we were fine with. Then he started yelling at us, saying, 'Go on, take out the items and give them to the lady who served us,' while the lady was in the middle of serving. I told him we are happy to wait as long as it takes, but the yelling was unnecessary. He yelled, 'Don't process the return,' and they picked the items and paid for them, so it’s done .

My wife and I were shocked, to say the least, and now wanted to return everything after witnessing the owner of the shop yell at paying customers who decided to come to the shop out of their area. We weren't going to leave without being able to leave; the lady refused to refund the money, and we were waiting on the side to get a refund.

The owner had calmed down a bit and said that we needed to wait and show the items, which we were happy to comply with, as we understood and told the owners to begin with. After waiting there for a few minutes and not choosing to leave, someone else came out and said, 'I apologize and will process the refund in cash,' and took the items back. However, this will be the last time we will shop there.

I know he won't have to close the shop because of us, or his business would be impacted in any way. However, in this day and age of social media and service, he clearly doesn't understand the importance of basic customer service and decency. For that reason, we won't go there to shop.

Terrible terrible staff, being told I’m a drug addict because I had been buying bulk ingredients for our church bake sales. Everyone buying poppy seeds is a drug addict after all. Very very disappointed. Especially the pastor was upset because now we no longer bake bagels and other goods for our Sunday bake sales because I refuse to buy these damn poppy seeds from there. The staff member is called Christie (or similar). Do not talk to staff or ask questions if you must shop there. It’s beyond me how she gets away insulting people. With my teenage son beside me. They never see me or anyone from church again. I will continue spreading the word.

I think the staff need to be retaught skills which acquire saying hello and greeting customers,i witnessed a staff member being so horrible to a customer.yes it might be cheap the fruit and vegies but to have someone talk to another person like that is a disgrace,

great products but some staff members there are very rude and not much help at all.was not happy with the treatment i received.

The best fresh produce place around. Everything is top quality at very reasonable prices. The variety is amazing, and because you can buy everything from fruit to meat, and even cleaning products, it really is a one stop shop. Parking is never a problem, and the staff are so helpful, you always walk out with a smile. To top it off, they support local causes and charity. Well done guys!

Whenever Im in the area, I always stop by here. A great range of fruit, vegetables, deli, meat,groceries, frozen foods, I even bought a basil plant there once. I particularly like their thin sausages. They have a lovely flavour and bbq well. This business also helps the local community. They donated sausages in the past to raise funds for a fundraiser for Campbelltown hospital. Well Done! Great prices

This fruit shop is where I go whenever I want fresh products. They are sometimes very busy, and sometimes you need to wait a while at the deli counter or checkout, but it's well worth it. They have a large range of fresh produce, as well as a smaller selection of grocery items. Everything is reasonably priced.
