So im happy to wait for ever but heres my issue, the indian man on the front desk is the rudest person i have ever met. Tells me i have to wait for an hour, not a problem. I leave to return home and call the clinic after 40 minutes to see how many people are still before me and he replies " its only been 40 minutes". i say listen im really not well so if you could just tell me how many people are before me and ill work it out from there so i dont miss my time and he hung up! not the first time ive dealt with him he has no customer service at all

Every time I have been to this clinic, there are many doctors available to see patients, which shorten the waiting time.

One time I had sprained my ankle the receptionist was very kind to me, getting an ice pack and ensuring I saw a doctor within 5 minutes

Very handy clinic as it's open 24 hours and the wait is shorter than any emergency department at any hospital. Each time I've been here I've been seen to rather quickly. The service was ok.

This clinic is so useful as it is open 24 hours. I have had to use it late one night and had peace of mind knowing it is open and around the corner from me. The clinic is well furbished and usually the wait is not too long. The staff do need a little more customer service skills however.

Although conveniently close & very plush looking, it doesn't look like they put patients first. The staff aren't very friendly the doctors aren't very helpful. Doesn't really seem they put they're hearts in the job. Maybe less time focusing on what you're clinic looks like, and start focusing on the needs of your patients!

The clinic is a convenience and service provided by doctors are great but most of the reception staff don't really know what they are doing.Many times i have made appointments,and to reach the clinic and find out that the appointment does not exist.This has happened to some of my friends as well.I have done ultrasounds there where my disc has gone missing for months and everytime you go to collect it,they tell you to come back.I had an appointment with Dr mohan today to get my letter for TAC.I always get the receptionist to fax it to TAC.The clinic has the fax number.They have been gladly doing it for the almost 2 years.Today i got told by Adam that all the numbers they have are Ikea numbers.I expalained to him nicely that TAC means Transport Accident Commission.He then asked a senior staff called Joe and she said to ask me to do it myself.Adam told me to do it myself then.I explained to him that its always faxed at the clinic.He then said that she said to do it myself.I then asked for his name.Thats when he panic and asked me if i wanted to leave the letter there and call them with the number.Honestly,if you want to be in the service industry,You should learn to provide a service and not be lazy!!Its a great clinic but because of these minority lazy people,they give the clinic a bad name.

This clinic is quite large. It is always busy but they have a few doctors on so the wait is about 20 minutes. If you have an appointment expect to wait about 5-10minutes.

With the exception of just a couple, the doctors at this clinic are thorough and genuinely care about their patients. There is lots of comfortable seating accommodating for all types of seating prefences from regular chairs to loungy couches to armchairs which makes the wait comfortable. The Reception staff are friendly and generally show plenty of compassion to clients.

Well run GP clinic - lots of dr's on at any one time. OPEN 24 HOURS! Can be problematic with wait times sometimes as quite a few people walk in off the street without an appointment. Good service overall.
