Great warehouse sized market. I like that the items are so varied because each stall is a separate store. So much to choose from, prices vary but are generally reasonable for what the items are. I would suggest allowing a lot of time to wander as it is huge and you really need to trawl through everything to find awesome stuff. There is always parking right out the front too which is helpful when you have a huge amount of purchases!

I enjoy strolling around the mill markets when my brother or mum is in town visiting. It's a huge place and you can spend hours in there. Some of the stock is a bit overpriced, but that depends which stall is offering the item that you're interested in. There is a nice little coffee shop in the centre for when you need a break :)

This is a flashback from the past long forgotten, unique pieces to compliment a retro look, sometimes the simple antique appliances outlive modern day products, lots love finding that once off at a price you can afford, open 7 days so forgot B'day pop in and out with an amazing unique gift. Smell is very off putting and need a coffee under my nose to stop the gagging, old clothes X chicken noodle soup,

Approximate cost: $10

I've been there many times and have never noticed any bad smell!

This is a little piece of heaven for anyone with a vintage eye. As expected, the more 'in' vintage got the more the prices sky rocketed. Having said that though, to have so many hard to source pieces in the one place is worth more than the price on most items. Staff are always very friendly. Even if you're not buying it is worth a wander around!

I like to spend the occasional afternoon with a friend wandering through the Mill Market. It's quite big so you need at least a couple of hours and in winter you definitely need a coat because it's a big shed/warehouse. There is a huge variety of antique furniture and old bits and pieces. Prices vary a lot because the stalls are owned by different people, but prices are generally reasonable. There is a little cafe there for the coffee and cake stop and they usually have heaters in that area, if you need to thaw out in winter. A great place to buy a bit of history and to spend a relaxing few hours.
