They carry a really small rotating selection of flavours. But quality definitely trumps quality. The flavours are genuine, intense and authentic (think lemon, burnt fig, raspberry with seeds, marscapone with sultanas soaked in Pedro Ximenez sherry. The dairy-based gelato all use Sungold, a rich Jersey milk sourced from Warrnambool.
