We needed advice on a new keyboard and the sales staff were great without being overly pushy. They were friendly and helpful, provided the advice and then allowed us the space we needed to make the decision.

Steve - amazingly, has now had to repair it twice in a week due to a tutors interference, and on both occasions has been nothing be helpful and has gone well above what was expected
