We needed advice on a new keyboard and the sales staff were great without being overly pushy. They were friendly and helpful, provided the advice and then allowed us the space we needed to make the decision.

My daughters saxophone has been damaged, so I took it to Midwest Music to be repaired (expecting it needed to be sent away to be done). Steve - amazingly, has now had to repair it twice in a week due to a tutors interference, and on both occasions has been nothing be helpful and has gone well above what was expected
