A big shout out to Patricia and Em for the amazing customer service that I received at the shop on Sunday. You service was great and I absolutely loved my purchase. Would recommend highly recommend if your looking for some summer swims

To me I look for customer service that I received back in the 1980's. Every time I go to Michelle Anne I find that all the staff are happy to see you and serve you. One such staff member I look forward to seeing is Joanne. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is shown through her great customer service. Both my daughter and I love being served by her with her friendly attitude and help in finding the right bathing suit that suits my daughters figure. The only problems (hi hi) is Joanne customer service is so excellent that I find I want to buy more bathers than I had attended. Because Joanne seems to know what will suit. Thank you Joanne you should be the sales person of the year.

Never again will I spend another dollar in this shop! I bought a costume top and when I got home I found that it was faulty. I phoned the shop 2 days later and was told it would not be an issue to return the top. When I got to the shop I was asked why I didn't check the garment for faults before I left the shop and the assistant refused to give me a refund. I also had a dress that I wanted to return and again no refund. No signage in the shop saying that clothing could not be refunded only underwear and swimwear. The worst treatment I have experienced in a shop. To the point that the assistant insinuated that I had lied to her. What disgusting self serving assistant. I will be taking this up with consumer affairs.

My teenage daughters and I were shopping for swimwear and we were immediately impressed with the range of styles, and most importantly the range of sizes. The staff were friendly and helpful with great advice and product knowledge. We will definitely be back when next looking for bras or swimwear and we wish we'd found this store years ago!

Made me comfortable about my body. Finally learned how a bra should fit staff excellent at judging sizing regardless of preconceived bra size. left the store feeling great and with perfectly fitting bras (4) to keep me going for the year.

I went in to by bathers in a negative mood as I haven't brought bathers in 6 years and the staff were fantastic.
They looked after me every step of the way. Running to get me different styles and sizes.
I have never had better customer service and I left feeling good with two pairs of bathers in the end as I couldnt decide what was better.
They changed my negative mood to a positive one.
If there is anywhere to go for bathers or bras. Go visit the staff at Michelle-ann and you know you will be looked after.

I used to love this shop for swimwear.
I still go there for a look but find now everything is overstocked. you can't even look through the racks because they're so stuffed with items. Things from 4-5 seasons ago are still full priced which is a bit ridiculous when theres stuff from summer already marked down to clear.
I find the service to be strange. I often get looks from the sales staff as if im being annoying or pestering them when in reality i was just trying to pay!
Also last time i was in trying bathers on the sales assistant had a go at me for entering the change rooms without seeking her out, then i was told i could not take in my three sets of bathers to try on, i had to discard one before allowing another one and she asked me repeatedly if i needed help and when i said no she actually opened the curtain!!!! i could have been in all sorts of undress.
I only shop here if im in mornington or just want to try on bathers, i rarely purchase there anymore

Bought a Miraclesuit - cost $300.00. Was not told not to swim in a Clorine pool (ridiculous). Was not offered tog wash (which I didn't even know about until today). I looked after my suit as specified on the instructions. Only use it when I go to Bali on holidays. I have only had it 2 years and it has lost all its elasticity and looks like a sack bag. I took it back to Michelle Ann's Swimwear in Mornington to ask if anything could be done to fix it (was not asking for my money back). The sales assistant didn't even look at the suit and immediately attacked me verbally, saying that I shouldn't have been swimming in a clorine pool, and they only guaranteed the suit for 1 year. If that was the case I would never have bought it in the first place. I was very annoyed at her attitude and said I should have been told that at the time.i

Last few times I have been looking for swimwear,service asn't been totally up to scratch, racks are always over full which tangles garments, service in the passed was good but ladies tend to be too busy unpacking stock now adays to notice or help..even if your directly in front of counter. Sorry but service first unpacking can wait. Large Selection of swimwear is good over fill not.

I was referred to this business by the Breast Care nurses at the hospital where i had my mastectomy and now i know why. Today I was attended to by Velia McLean and can't speak highly enough of the service we received. It was excellent. I was attended to in the "Pink Room" as i required bras with a prosthesis and also a swimsuit. My mother and I were so impressed with the service and attention we received given this is such a personal area, Velia was a delight. Her efforts made my shopping experience nothing but sheer pleasure and i purchased 3 bras and a swimsuit.
I also found they had a fantastic and wide range and the pricing was reasonable. I will definately recommend this buisness to other women with the same needs as my own.
