They sell you on a diamond, G colour, SI1, Triple Excellent Cut, Polish and Symmetry, then they tell you they are getting your ring made and the diamond they give you when it finally arrives is I colour, I1 clarity and good in cut, polish and symmetry...very underhanded and unapologetic and when given the chance to rectify, they send the ring back with an even lower quality diamond and hope you don't notice. They even made sure they held onto the ring for more than 30 days 'to rectify' the situation to ensure that the ring was outside their 30 day refund policy so you dont even have the option to give up and go elsewhere. 12k down the drain. It's not worth the stress and certainly not worth the money they charge you for. Save yourself and go elsewhere

Went on to look at reviews a few months back. All the reviews were 1 star!!!! Somehow they've bribed someone to take off one star reviews and to only keep the 5 stars.
