As a new patient of Michael's practice, I have changed by long held fear of dentists. My visit was pleasant(can you say that about a trip to the dentist?). All the staff were friendly, Michael's advice and subsequent treatment was pain free and relaxed. Every step was explained to me, and I was given options.
The fees were reasonable. The treatment best I have experienced.
My family dentists for over 16 years. Good for emergency cases but otherwise long waiting lists, up to 12 months. Dentists and nurses are both friendly and helpful. However, Michael has trivialised some of my concerns about temperature sensitivity in my teeth which cause me regular pain. First negative experience of the clinic.

I had an emergancy dental problem and they saw me straight away.
But the best thing is that the dentist did Not put me down for the condition of my teeth like ALL other dentists I have been to.
I also have been told by others localy that people with ongoing problems with thier dentist have changed to this dental clinic due to the proffessionalism and caring, understanding nature of the bussiness.
