Tom came and inspected the roof. Made a decision to replace the broken tiles on the spot. Thankfully we had some on hand. The roof is very heavily pitched, but the job was done quickly and with confidence.

We have an old terracotta tile roof which had leaks all over the place, some quite serious. We were very pleased with the quote from Metropolitan Roof Repairs and even more with the service as the job progressed. Tom and the crew turned up when they said, or called ahead to let us know if they were caught up. They fixed all the problems we knew about in advance and we now have a water tight roof - well tested by some very heavy rains since. With our tired old roof getting more leaks than a sieve full of holes and being old school we got the usual 3 quotes. Our first concern was not price but talking with somebody who knew what they were doing! Metropolitan Roof Repairs won hands down after speaking with them. We had our roof repaired just before what would have been the longest wettest winter I can remember in my many years, and not one drop inside.
