Love this place.
Most of the time their surround sound is off though :/
I love that you can still pick your own seats, and put the seat arms up! Very old school.
Extremely cheap too!!! Much less pricy then other cinemas nowadays.
Very clean place, very kind workers too.

Approximate cost: $10

love this place. everything is soo cheap it would cost a family easily $100 to go to village but at metro the family ticket is $32 or something like that. the food deals are really cheap as well and the popcorn is enormous. i like the small cinemas it is usally very quiet. you can choose where you want to sit and it would be very rare that you would have to sit next to anyone else. love it.

Easy and affordable when taking kids to the movies, could possibly put on an extra staff member on school holidays but otherwise very pleasant outing that didn't cost the earth and their member club is amazing value. The staff they had on were very calm and lovely to deal with.

Approximate cost: $8

Good local cinema the food and the cost of the cinema tickets so much cheaper than the competitor cinemas. Friendly staff and a good movie selection. Has everything you need great for taking your kids as it usually works out so expensive taking the whole family to the movies.

Approximate cost: $7-12

My friend and I arrived at the theatre and purchased our seniors tickets and were offered a free coffee which was much appreciated. The young man who served us was very pleasant and our experience at the theatre was very enjoyable. It was our first time there and we hope to return soon. Price was good too. Ample parking!

Approximate cost: $9 each ?

This is a family run business and it shows. They really want you to have a great experience from the moment you step inside, and if you phone they are friendly and helpful. A great outing with my nieces and nephews. Pity about the 2 hour parking limit if you're seeing a long movie though.

Approximate cost: $30

Unbelievable value! For just $20 yearly sub you get $7 entry each for you and a friend, plus a free entry, plus reasonable snack prices, plus friendly service, not the dazed couldnt-care-less that costs you (at least) twice-the-price elsewhere. Just one little gripe...Rock of Ages deserves to be heard through more than 2 front speakers....youve got side speakers, so can you pls turn them on?

Approximate cost: $20

Nice cinemas to go to, they've been here for years and are quite modern considering their age - nice for a Saturday afternoon movie

Metro Cinemas are excellent value. The cinemas are smaller but the price is great. They have a good range of movies, fast snack bar service and even the snack bar is good value! Locally owned and operated, the owner used to come into the restaurant I worked in nearby quite a bit. She's lovely and really cares about her business.

Approximate cost: $10
