Really lovely clinic. The waiting area is very spacious and tranquil.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
As you walk through the clinic it has a lovely atmosphere, doesn’t feeling like you’re in a medical clinic.
The technician doing my scans was so nice, very patient and I didn’t feel rushed through. She took her time doing the scan and explained what she was doing and regularly checked that I was comfortable.

Zane and his team at Mermaid Beach Radiology saved my life ! After being overlooked by another Radiologist he discovered I had breast cancer for which I am now being treated.

The appointment my son had was prompt and my family and I were away quickly after his x-ray!

Our son has autism, it was a huge challenge to get him to complete the MRI… but the radiologists and nurses were so patient and understanding we were able to get through the 60 minutes… we had a ‘stop start’ due to a panic moment, but they reassured him and we got valuable results that enabled me to stop worrying and have some sleep again. Everyone was amazing… even the reception staff. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a rebate from Medicare but sometimes peace of mind is priceless. ( It was the government that blocked the rebate. ) I would definitely recommend this practice.

I would recommend Mermaid Beach Radiology to anyone, extremely happy with the customer service and the detail of my report.

Service was prompt. quick and easy. I had a long scan and everything went very smoothly. Results were returned to me basically the next afternoon. Great service and will return if requiring another scan.

I was able to have a same day procedure and Mandy was wonderful. Dr Zane was terrific and though it was a great outcome, l hope l don’t have to go back! Thanks for your expertise.
