Had a bit of a hair colour crisis that I couldn’t get straight forward help for from all those more bourgeoisie hair saloons. So decided to try this one. And praise be they came up with a very effective solution that didn’t take half a day or cost me an arm and a leg like the other saloons had suggested.
And I’m really really happy with the end result with an amazing colour correction and a head full of light hazelnut foils.

Our usual hairdresser was on holidays so the family arrived at lunchtime on Saturday. This is one of the most fashionable and modern hairdressing salons we had seen in Brunswick. We never knew. The staff were wonderful, even my daughter was impressed. Great coffee too. Thank you

A bewildering experience which reduced me to tears. The hairdresser openly laughed at my at home dye job and berated me non-stop. This is in spite of my telling them I'd dyed my hair to make myself feel better after being seriously ill. At first I thought they were just joking around, but it soon became apparent they were actually being plain nasty. Unfortunately my head was already covered in foils so I was unable to leave. Rude and bullying, the hairdresser went out of their way to humiliate me, while the wooden-faced assistant just stared at me. To top off this horrifying experience the hairdresser poked me in the corner of my eye with the sharp end of the comb they were roughly using through my hair. I'm on anti-coagulants - if my eye hadn't closed as a reflex I could have ended up with a bleeding eye. When I told them how disgusted I was at their attitude, and at the whole experience, they claimed I had misunderstood them. When I went to pay they then told me I had to go up the road to get money out of the post office as it's cash only. No apology or discount for the appalling behaviour. My hair ended up with thick slabs of bright yellow foils, a good inch from my scalp. Hair dye also down each side of my face & a spot of dye on my forehead. Stay away, well away. I ended up going straight to another salon & they applied a toner straight away to try to make it look less freakish.
