Worst fish and chips Iv ever eaten, and I rang and told them and I was told it was frozen fish out of a packet. I would not recommend to eat here!!!

Friendly and accommodating. They have unusual american drinks in their fridge. The hamburgers in this place are HUGE!and very tasty,hard for me to get through one .potato scallops aren't up to scratch .very greasy and the fish is ok .clean premises .

This place has been there forever, it seems. I can't even guess the number of times I've stopped in for a burger, a drink, or a snack before getting on a train or after getting off one. Even now, whenever I'm heading up to Maleny I like to stop here for a bite before heading up the hill.

The quality is good, the service is good, the staff are friendly, and the place is always busy.

Taking its name from the creek that runs through historical Landsborough, Mellum Munchies is traditional take away shop which has operated since 1983. A qualified chef runs the establishment which is well known throughout the Sunshine Coast Hinterland for their amazing hamburgers. The steak and mince are all sourced locally, as is the fresh bread, ham, bacon and eggs. Dining is available inside the store or outside in a small alfresco area. Phone orders are both available and encouraged. There's even an old fashioned pin-pall machine in the store, together with a nice selection of lollies and cold drinks.
