Have had two daughters go to MOG Keilor. One had no issues, great treatment received Dr Levison, but he has since retired from Keilor. Since then the service and office staff have gone down hill. Impossible to get appointments. 4 months between visits, meaning braces needing to stay on for months longer than required. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

I completed my orthodontics recently with Mog, and am very very pleased with the results. Any time I had a problem, eg, a bracket had opened or the wire was digging in the back of my mouth (common minor problems), they fitted me in so someone could fix it for me. It only took a minute and I was out again. Never any lengthy waits, and now after having my plate after my braces for over a year, my smile is still fantastic and the follow up is fantastic. I still have the occasional appointment just to check my plate still fits correctly and nothing has moved, but that will never cost me anything more than the original cost for braces. With the private health insurance mog organises the payments so you're able to claim the maximum amount back with your insurer. I would recommend them to anyone with a mog office in their area. I'm personally from the Knox area so the office opposite Knox city is great.

My daughter has had her first initial visit and will need braces in the near future, the orthodontist was very friendly and explained the proposed treatment options well, unfortunately the cost for braces is expensive wherever you go
