I would check the fine print in the terms and conditions of this company. They advertise a special price and then in the terms and conditions I find out that their special price is only for the first 15 minutes and then additional charges are applicable. Very deceptive.
After a poor experience with Australian Climate Systems I was dubious of the service I 'd receive from another company. I was also skeptical due to the distance from my house to their office.
Their customer service was exceptional and they turned up when they said they would. I thought the bill may be high due to their time billing but in fact it ended up cheaper than I had thought.
Paul was very pleasant to deal with and I have booked them for a annual service call, highly recommend.
