Had waxing done and would not go back. The actual treatment was good and I was happy with the result however i felt very uncomfortable with my therapist. She was not welcoming and generally made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as though she couldnt understand me and she seemed disinterested. Value for money was good but if you like to have a chat with a friendly therapist whilst having your beauty service i would not suggest you go there. It seems as though there is only one person working there, she even left me half way through my wax two times! Once to answer the phone and once because someone came in the shop. I didnt like laying there in my underwear whilst she had a conversation out the front.
