Made an appointment for the business owner to detail my car 2 weeks prior to the date of the proposed detailing.
I arranged for my wife to be available all day so she could look after him.
The owner said that he would be there himself - (I wanted this based on the other reviews close to my area on this web site), only to learn that he had arranged for someone else to do it. Worse still, that person did not show up!
He also said he would confirm the night beforehand - he didn't.

This had put us out quiet a bit and no apology either.

Unbelievable job! Mark is a wizard and made our car look just like new. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was not rushed. Brilliant value and a nice guy as well.
