This restaurant doesn't look to exciting from the outside or on the inside for that matter however that doesn't mean they don't have good quality food. The staff are friendly and because the restaurant isn't very busy the food gets to you very quickly. They often have specials in their shop front to take advantage of.

This is a decent little Indian place. It's nothing to look at, more for take-away than dine in. The food flavour lands squarely in "okay" - and the prices are in line with the flavour. We just had the Mutter Paneer (cheese in a tomato-y sauce) and the Aloo Mutter (Potato and pea) and they were okay. The owners seem nice, so it's always good to support a local if you can.

The food is sooo good here, although the venue it self is not so nice to be honest. I have eaten inside the resturant once and we were the only ones there, it's quite bare and not that cozy.
BUT I get takeaway from here about every fortnight. They have really great food. It's always about a 45 min wait but never more than that.
Their butter chicken and beef meals are all really really good and you gotta get the coconut rice and the cheese & garlic naan bread which is really really addictive.
The man who delivers doesn't seem very friendly but they've always given the right change and never delivered anything wrong so I really have no complaints.
Only thing with delivery is it's a $35 minimum and they are pretty strict on that.

This place is a great local haunt, the food is delicious. Everything is creamy and authentic. You can try all different veggo dishes and everything is delicious. Can't complain about this place at all. It's reasonably priced, a moody ambience. Just great!!

PLEASE GO HERE! you wont regret it best place for a romantic dinner, usually quiet. best service you will ever recieve and the food is amazing. I ask for extra mild and its not hot at all. I love indian and have dined at many places but this is the best, great value for money and again perfect for romantic dinner

Greensborough is lucky to have several good quality Indian restaurants; Mehek definitely offers up an interesting, out of the ordinary experience. The owner's creations are not your usual run-of-the-mill curries, and he seems to add a certain flair to his cooking. The decor of the restaurant leaves something to be desired, as it is quite dark and a little dingy, but the food is great! One could do a lot worse than this place for a good feed.

Great food .. highly recommended.. discovered the Tandoori fish...melts in your mouth!! onion naan..yum!!! and my fave butter chicken. Always greeted warmly by owner . BYO and take away too.

The food at Mehek is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good eat-in and take-away food. Spices are perfect, and the atmosphere is great. Very enjoyable experience.
