Staff at Mornington Medicare have always been friendly and helpful to me. I had an issue with one claim as the specialist had not billed me correctly which meant my claim could not be processed. Rather than me keep going back every day to see if it had been adjusted by the specialist, the lady at Medicare offered to check the system daily for me and she called me when I could lodge the claim. She didn't have to do this for me and it was very much appreciated.

The woman that work here are just plain old rude. They hate children & have seen them on many occasions yell & tell off the children for playing with the ticket machine (word to the wise get one that children cant reach)
They even yell at the parents. I once didn't fill in a form right & the woman shook her head at me like I was dumb.
Many people I have spoke to about this have agreed that these woman are rude. They obviously dislike there job & lack people skills & think that because we all need & have to use Medicare that they can treat us like crap because they know we will still go there because there a local business that we all need to use.
I will only go back there because it's the only one around & I have no choice but to use there services.
