I was impressed by Medicare at Miranda. The office was open on time, 6 counters were opened at the same time, processing claims quickly and efficiently. Waiting time was only 5 mins. The staff were friendly and helpful. All the information was explained and presented. The best thing is that they are opened on Saturdays!

The place gets you to take a ticket from the machine. There are some seats for you to sit down if you need to. The staff are friendly and helpful with the different sections that are available. If you go when they are busy you have to wait sometimes upto 30 minutes.
