I like many others went to maccas when it was all the rage I would not bother to ever go to one again the buns are like cardboard always have to take cucumber out like manymany other people meat has no taste covered in some sort of tom sauce I have also viewed on tv how they are made would never touch a hamburger from maccas again I worry about all the children they get in their stores

This must be one of the worst McDonalds in Victoria. Every time we have been there we either drive away with something missing, something we didn't order or burgers that have had their ingredients dropped into a box and shaken around, they should start putting stickers on the box like "some assembly required".

I would regularly order 5 double cheese burgers with bacon, as well all like them, but get home and find the two burgers on the bottom of the bag were standard cheese burgers that they had hidden down there to get me out of drive through instead of just "making" the extra two. Aside from the considerable price difference it's cheeky and very bad customer service.

But, what can you expect from a chain that hires teenagers who don't care if they keep their job or not? Centrelink is only a phone call away for most of them.

Drive to hoppers, it's normally a little better.

I absolutely love McDonald's they have never let me down when I go there I love it, I love there food and they have great service and the people are all lovely.

Not bad if you don't mind dodging all of Werribee's finest P-Platers in the carpark. Don't judge - we've all done it at some stage.

The service i've received has been pleasant and efficient. I chose to go to this particular McDonalds above others in the franchise that are in the general area.

This McDonald's must be the worst one I have ever been too. I have never had fast service, there is something always wrong with the food. The staff seem to be more interested in their own conversations and their social lives than cleaning and looking after their customers. I have complained to head office but it seems nothing has changed.
McDonald's in no longer fast food it should be call slow food.

The place is always a mess - always - inside and out. The service is extremely slow. I have never had an order where they didn't make a mistake. The manager is nasty.
