The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh, and the wait is not long. Usually ready at the next window if not then a five minute wait. The quarter pounder is yummo, same with the mcchicken. I love the Chocolate Thicksakes, they are a personal favourite.

Ever since they got the double drive thru lane, they seem to have some big issues. The first time we went there after the double drive thru lane was in use - our order was completely wrong, but we told them then and there. We were met with dirty looks and the staff members attitude was horrible, we felt like she was blaming it on us, and that we were being a hindrance on her.
The second time - the drinks were right but we forgot to check the bags, and when we got home, half of our order was right, but the other half was wrong.
I just feel they need to learn the new system a little better, and treat customers nicely, not like a burden on their social gatherings at work.
Service seems to have improved in recent months, now very quick and efficient. Orders are always accurate in my experience. The quality of the finished product is excellent: basic products like burgers and fries are spot-on. McCafe service can be a little slow at times, but that is a common problem.
Food was average but what you would expect from mc donalds. service however was horrible. girl that took order was useless and we had to corrrect her several times. order still came out wrong and we had to go back to corrrect and get the sauces, napkins and straw for our drink!

McDonald's is usually the same everywhere you go. Warner's bay maccas is a favorite spot. The maccas is always fast and hot. The drive thru is open late and i go there nearly every night for a soft serve or a orange juice after a walk around the bay. Also i love free waters!

my experience was pretty good although i had to wait a while to get my chicken ceasar wrap, although i had to wait a while it tasted very nice. overall i would give this 3 out of 5
