It was fine, like a regular mcdonald's. I'm a regular customer here. Staff are friendly and quick with orders. The value menu is recommended, and much of the food is very cheap.

Pretty average food, as not hot. Customer service is good and staff are always willing to help. Waiting times can often be a issue but friendly staff often cancels this out

Really good place, a bit unhealthy but otherwise it is a great place and I enjoy it very much with the whole family. Recommend if your on a tight budget

they had good service but i had to wait a while to get my products. Good value for money and the products were good quality. Overall it was okay.

Springvale Mc Donald provides great service and great food, i like the setting they have there too. My children love going there for the playground

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I have gotten my order wrong quite a few times and the people serving are known to be rude back to customers. When cleaning, they take no care around customers and become almost invasive on personal space.

The food is average and not always consistently hot - definitely not the best Mc Donald's store I have been to, but not the worst.

The food isn't always hot or fresh. I have often had to go back and sort out my order after being given the wrong item/s. The staff are very friendly but you can tell they do not take a lot of pride in their work. The store is often messy.
