I have been to this store a few times and had a really dissapointing experience (not sure why i go back really) but my experience earlier in the week - Wed morning at approx 10am was a shocker. The place was near empty and yet i waited almost 20 mins for my order to be done properly. I had to take it back twice because they couldn't get it right and it was almost cold (nothing worse than cold pancakes). What dissapointed me the most though was the state of the store. It was filthy! The toilets were disgraceful and the kids play area foul - i told the kids not to go in. And then to top off my wonderful experience i happened to check my eftpos reciept when i got home and was overcharged by $6.95 (my own fault i should have checked it there) but when i rang the store i got a nasty response from the manager. WE WONT BE BACK!
